Re: Who are you voting for in the 08 election?
I heard some people at work today talking about how if Obama is elected, Blagojevich might want to nominate himself to take Obama's Senate seat (and how that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing ). If I intended to live in Illinois long-term, I'd almost want to see Obama get elected just for that. But as it stands, I think I'm going to write-in vote for not-McCain. I will work hard at voting for a governor in Wisconsin that won't veto the concealed-carry bill (again) though.

I haven't decided as of yet. Candidates repeating the same generic talking points over and over seems get in the way of any real discussion of issues. I'm sure all of that stuff makes great sound bites for the 6 o'clock news, but it clearly doesn't go deep enough.

Re: Who are you voting for in the 08 election?
Ron Paul. The other three front-runners (hilarity, osama, and mccain) are all horrible choices for one reason and another. They are all left-wing. They all want amnesty for criminal invaders. The two dems want national healthcare funded by the taxpayers and regulated by the inept federal government. The all three want to continue the war that is going nowhere. And McCain is a neocon Trotskyite that is almost no different from the one in office now. They all want to take away our freedoms under the guise of national security, and I fear for our first and second amendment rights under any of the three.

Re: Who are you voting for in the 08 election?
I'm not voting due to the fact that none of the candidates have grabbed my attention
